Located in the former harbour warehouses (tinglados) of Valencia, the complex enjoys spectacular views over the port. The entire building is surrounded by large windows overlooking the port, through which sunlight enters from dawn onwards. Several ceilings were selected: lama Italia 30 for the open-plan common areas; perforated Lama Roma for the corridors, which provides access to the plenum as it is a self-supporting panel; and perforated Lama Roma resting on a wide or DP profile for the auditorium and dining hall, which reduces the acoustic load.
