THU Ceiling Solutions currently provides the following manufacturing and marketing services:
- Suspended ceilings (trays, baffles and grilles). Demountable ceiling profiles (false ceilings).
- Profiles for continuous ceilings (plasterboard). Profiles for partitions, roofs and industrial ceilings. Profiles for Light Structures
- Trade goods.
Its overriding priority is the reliability and quality of its production, materials and services, maintaining a professionalism recognised in the market and offering products that meet the expectations of its customers and other interested parties (placing particular emphasis on understanding those needs and expectations).
The improvement of the product and the production process, and the optimisation of the resources used, are a primary objective for the company, and their achievement is the direct responsibility of Management. The applicable standards are applied to all our products (UNE-EN_13964 and UNE – EN 14195 standards). Likewise, the need to comply with customer requirements, legal requirements and other requirements is a priority for THU Ceiling Solutions. Examples of the latter are the AENOR certificates (regulation RP 35.12) and the NF mark (NF 411 standard) for plasterboard profiles.
The company seeks at all times to reduce the environmental impact of its activity, assessing new processes and services in advance. THU Ceiling Solutions has implemented and maintains a Quality, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, always maintaining a process-based approach and continuously assessing the risks and opportunities associated with those processes, their context and the objectives set, thereby seeking to improve its performance and meet the defined requirements, and continually improving its effectiveness with the full support of Management.
The management of THU Ceiling Solutions is firmly committed to upholding the values defined in the Code of Conduct and Compliance established by the Kingspan Group. In order to comply with the group’s policies, its core values and commitments have been integrated, complementing those already in place, with the aim of developing a successful and sustainable business model.
Although the coordination and execution of the necessary actions lie with the IMS manager and the various departments, ultimate responsibility lies with Management, which guarantees the human, technical and financial resources required for this task. Management therefore informs all interested parties that their commitment is required in order to achieve the highest possible quality assurance.
